We will try to stay on schedule but depending on the length of time the speakers use, times may vary slightly.

9AM - 10AM -- Cory Gray will be speaking on the AGFC Deer Team's plans for the future and going over the bowhunter observation data collected.

10:15AM - Noon -- Business meeting

Noon - 1:00PM -- Lunch

1:00PM - 2:00PM Larry Mallard will be speaking concerning management of White River NWR and the deer herd there.

2:15PM - 5:00PM -- business meeting concluded and member questions and comments.

6:00PM -- dinner at a restaurant still to be determined.

If you cannot attend, you can always ask questions or give comments any time on this chat board or mail them to the P O Box.  We need your input.

They wanted me to fly to Minnesota on Saturday but I told them I could not.  I will be at the meeting.  I will be leaving right after supper on Saturday night to come home and pack and then fly out on Sunday morning.

I need to know how many folks before I reserve. ??? I'm thinking Golden Coral, because it's across the street but they are always packed.

I would like to make the meeting but I have to work that Sat, since I missed two and half months from work, my standbys for work is all messed up now. I am struggling to make the commitments I have already made, some I don't know till later. So its touch and go for me.

I had some friends tell me I should have had surgery during hunting season, and I would have been off, I told them, no, you got to be able to walk to hunt. I had more free time when I was working. Rehab took every free day I had while I was off.

Plan on 25 and expect 15. Hadn't had a event yet, that wasn't like that, in any organization, always plan for more but expect less. Things just come up at the last minute for folks.

Hopefully we will get a good turnout for a change - I told Jeff about 25 - 30 - I surely hope I'm right for a change!  I get a map on here today or tomorrow so everyone won't get lost!  Expecially crippled people and those from Yell County! Grin

My wife and I are heading that way on Friday.  I want to look at Gander Mountain that day and see what the room looks like and how many people we can get into it.
