Your right about Lee's daughter. she does deserve a shirt and I would say a hat to go with it as well. When I was in the booth she was selling machine and not just thoses tickets either she sold a good number of hats as well.
I really enjoyed the day up their saturday and hope that next weekend is as much fun as well. Last count on saturday that I recall we had 22 members sign up and I belive only 7 were members already in that were resigning up for the new year.
Great job to eveyone one that helped out with the booth and thanks to eveyone that stopped by and said hello as well.

I want to thank Madison too. She was a huge asset for ADHA yesterday!!...Now we know who to put in the booth when us guys are faultering... ....If we dont have a shirt that fits her, we need to order one! I also want to thank Alan. He's one of newer members prior to BBC, but he stepped in and helped like he'd been an ADHA member the past three years. I really do appreciate the newer members stepping in in a leadership role. Thanks Alan! Everyone else played a vital role in it too, and I thank everyone for all the've done. In order for ADHA to achieve the level of success we all talk about, it takes the kind of effort we're seeing. Not just those that worked the BBC, but those that do everything. Some worked the BBC, some will work the Sportshow, some will be involved in other events. We cant all be at every event and be involved all the time, but we all get our fair share. I'm encouraged with some of the new members we signed up. At least two or three stood out and seemed to be the motivated type that may become leaders and key people in ADHA. I talked some more with the Arkansas Trophy Hunters Association people (the original one..the good guys). They are really excited about ADHA and ATHA trying to cooperate and finding some common goals where we can help one another. I told them I'd like to arrange a meeting with our Directors and their leadership for a supper and brainstorming session. I also visit with two exhibitors that sell food plot seeds, fertilizers, etc. They seemed eager to try and work with us to donate some their products. I told them we could probably get their name listed on the project sign and list them as a sponsor on our webpage. We need to appropriate enough money to print a good supply of pamphlets and flyers. We need enough to get them in the hands of every Director and Assistant, as well as keep on hand about twice what we think we'll need for each show and event. I printed a little over 300 pamphlets, but as we nearly ran out, I had to go make 150 more copies to get us through the show. The winner of the muzzleloader was James Hackworth of Watson Chapel, Arkansas. That is on the outskirts of Pine Bluff, and Marty was kind enough to deliver it to him. Yours Truly went onto the P.A. at the Big Buck Classic and announced the winner and mentioning the Arkansas Deer Hunters Alliance over the P.A. I thought the winner wasnt likely to be there, but it was another way to get the ADHA name broadcast. Thats about it for now. Thanks again guys....and Madison! Allen
