She is sawing down the redwoods right now but she is one of the newest members in the ADHA and she did a bit of work this afternoon as well at the booth.  I tell you what her and madsion really work that booth well and if we keep this up we can all just sit back and watch the members role in from their hard work...LOL

no really madsion and meghan both work a great deal and deseve a lot for their efforts!

I'd like to see us give both girls a shirt. They've already earned them and certainly deserve something for their effort. If we need to have them made, I'd say we should do it.

We also need to inventory all the merchandise. I know my son Chris was looking for a particular shirt in a particular size and we didnt have one. We need to try and keep enough of each size on hand that when people are ready to buy one that they are in stock and we can accomodate them.

John Henry talked with a vendor at the Sportshow, and it appears he found an affordable source for ADHA license plates. If it proves to be the right quality and price, I'm thinking we'll be discussing pursuing them.

I think a license plate is a great idea as I know a bunch of people don't really care for putting stickers on their vehicles.

I agree Glenn. A lot of people will prefer a license plate. On another note I've heard some people say the stickers are too big. I know we like them big where they will stand out, but if they're so big that some members are unwilling to put them on we arent accomplishing anything with them. I'm thinking we should consider an alternative size and give people an option. We could sell the stickers to our members to offset the cost.

First I have heard about the stickers being too big.  Seems like last time the were too small. Kiss

I talked to a local business about the plates a few weeks ago.  Nothing detailed, just happen to be in the place getting a car striped.  He told me they would run around $5 each, depending on quantity and number of colors.  I can check with him again if yall want me to.  Just give me an idea of what we want and how many of them.

I hate for us to get too many items like all the different shirt mershandise we have.

I agree the ADHA sticker is readable, but probably too big for most folk's taste.

Jeff,

I also agree we dont want to have too much inventory. Its going to be a balancing act trying to figure out how much to keep on hand without going overboard. I know it costs us good money that may not get recouped fro a while, and then we have to deal with storage. Its all something to think about and talk about.

well i think that the sticker and lisens plate is a good idea cause would let people know about us and maybe enven ask us what it stans for.
