Pine Bluff Youth Day – May 26, 2007

I want to thank everyone for helping make the Pine Bluff Youth Event another successful event. Especially those that helped with the event itself. Without mentioning everyone that helped, I want to give a special thanks to Jeff Vaughn and his family for driving so far to yet another event. Although we faced some challenges, we were able to pull together and make it another good one. Along with the Nature Center facilities and all that it has to offer, we had the bow shoot, geocaching, a dog training seminar, a treestand safety seminar, and another excellent ADHA cookout where we fed all of the attendees. I’m guessing that overall we probably had 50-70 kids show up. We gave out some nice door prizes and every kid there got something. Although I don’t think we picked up any new members, we handed out several pamphlets and got the word spread a little more about ADHA. We also had several smiling faces and thank you’s throughout the event. If I’m missing anything please forgive me and post it up.

Guys good job on the event, sorry I had to work today, its been a pretty hectic day look forward to being off tommorrow. I really wish I could have made the event, it looked like a great success. Cheesy

Lee,

You know as well as I do that you cant make every event. We'll all have conflicts from time to time, but I know you support us at every opportunity and thats all anyone can ask. Cheesy
